I am a stats whore and when I check my stats (statcounter) I have a ritual of checking to see my uniques for the day, Recent Came From, then visitor paths.
This day I fixated on the "Recent Came From" section as I couldn`t believe my eyes.

That`s too freaking funny. It`s amazing how the oddest things pull traffic to your site. I had a post a while back about the new version of Ventrilo and how to get it working with Vista. It was mostly posted for my LS/guild for online gaming (as I got tired of explaining it), but somehow it got a ton of hits one day... like 10,000... so I started digging and come to find out, it had been randomly placed on WordPress`s front page as the #1 story. Ehh? LOL, a post with a sentence and a link that, in general, has nothing to do with the general content of the blog. Joys.
Gotta love the Internet.
